Tuesday, October 1, 2013 – Savannah, GA to Auburn, AL

Click HERE for a link to a map of our trip and follow along.

Savannah is a beautiful town. Old houses around park squares in town. Can’t wait to see those pictures.

Today we made our way from Savannah to Auburn. It shows on the map as Columbus, but we pushed ourselves a little farther to Auburn. Long driving day, but we got good pictures and had a couple of fun stops.

This is Savannah’s bridge at sunset.

This is the road toward Alabama.

We also finally made a lunch stop with BBQ. The picnic spot we picked had a strong presence of the manure from the cotton field across the road, but we enjoyed.

This is our mandatory aftenoon Starbuck’s break! This was a nice Starbucks in Columbus, GAphoto-7We do landscapes and selfies.

  1. Brian, I hope Starbucks is compensating you for the plug and the product placement. At the least they should give you a car magnet, “This trip powered by Starbucks!” Keep the updates coming!
